Comparison effect of gain and loss messages via mobile phone short message Service on self-care behaviors of women with type 2 diabetes referred to Ahwaz Diabetic clinic
This is a Clinical trial design that with the goal of Comparison effect of gain and loss messages via mobile phone short message service on self-care behaviors of women with type 2 diabetes referred to Ahwaz diabetic clinic. Method: 189 type 2 diabetic patients with simple method of choosing a random and then the three group's two63 patients in the control and intervention group were divided. Inclusion criteria: literacy, ability to work with mobile phones; an aged between 65-18Sal; and their willingness to participate in the study; Exclusion criteria: medical problems to perform self-care behaviors and hospitalization during the study period. For control group, rooting education and for two interventions group from mobile phone short message service for two months was trained. Before and after the intervention Demographic and disease-related information and self-care behaviors were collected by questionnaire. The outcome of this intervention is Commitment to perform self-care behaviors

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: the records of the Diabetes Research Center; cell phone or in person in the family; literacy, ability to work with mobile phones; the drug treatment (pills or insulin); no known mental disorder, a aged between 65-18Sal; after at least 6 months of confirmation of diagnosis of diabetes and their willingness to participate in the study Exclusion criteria: medical problems to perform self-care behaviors such as advanced cardiovascular disease; hospitalization during the study period and unwillingness of patients to continue research in each of the study.
