Determination of effectiveness of FaraRoshd training program on social adjustment, problem solving skills, divergent thinking and relaxation in male students of universities of Takab
Present study aims to determine the effectiveness of FaraRoshd training program on problem solving skills, divergent thinking, social adjustment and relaxation. The research community includes all male students of universities of Takab which among them 40 persons will be selected as the sample and they will be replaced in two groups of 20 people of experimental and control. This study is a random clinical trial that investigates the efficacy of a six-week training program on 20 samples. Subjects will be trained during the course on couple days (Sunday, Monday and Wednesday) at 5-7 PM in the hall of Imam Ali (AS) school of Takab for 18 two-hour sessions under training of considered skills of FaraRoshd course. The technique of the questionnaire will be used in this study. FaraRoshd training program was developed in Dehkhoda University of Applied Science and Technology of Takab based on educational models, and its primary content was prepared by means of external studies, and its formal and content validity was approved by getting feedback from 10 professors of psychology, and in primary study its effectiveness was proven. The sessions of this training program include:
Providing scientific training about the strengths and weaknesses of the mind - training of special stretching for physical relaxation - training of the mind and knowledge management methods - training of mind and body abandonment methods.

Scientific and practical principles of this training course were designed by Kiyumars Arjomand and Mohammad Zavvar and it was performed preliminary in 2003, and its results were successful and since the mentioned date until the performance of this study it have passed its supplementary steps and it is provided as a complete training course.
