In This quasi experimental study samples will select from third and fourth year students of Nursing and Midwifery Qom University of Medical Sciences randomly. Researcher evaluate the knowledge and performance of students in a simulated mass triage accident victims. 70 samples will be selected. Training of nursing students will be according to START triage method in two 2-hour sessions. Students also learn about the principles and concepts of nursing in emergencies and will be familiar with START Triage with good communication skills, creative thinking and practical problem-solving process. After the education expected students, triage victims (mannequin) in the shortest possible time and least error.
