The Effect of Home-based Continuous care Model on Self-care Behaviors And Quality of life of Patients with myocardial Infarction

Protocol summary

Summary
In This Quasi-experimental Study, Two Groups With Pretest-Posttest Design, 60 Patients With Myocardial infarction, ccu of Khatam-ol-Anbia Hospital and Ali ibn-e-Talib Zahedan were studied. Then, demographic Information Questionnaire And McNew's Cardiovascular Quality Questionnaire And Miller Self-care Questionnaire were Completed by Both Groups. Then, The Intervention Group was Assigned To 4 Sessions And Questionnaires At Three Stages (Before Intervention, Immediately After And One Month After Iintervention) And Concurrent Control Group Completed.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Detection of myocardial Infarction Is Based On The Opinion Of The Cardiologist; Resident Of Zahedan City And Accessible For Follow up; Age 40-60 years Old; Having Reading And writing Skills And Ability To Speak Persian; Lack Of Communication Problem; No Other Underlying Diseases Other Than Hazardous Diseases (Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Blood lipids); Not Having History In Training Dlasses; Not A Member Of The Health Team. Exclusion Criteria: Do Not Attend One Of The Training Sessions; Heart failure; Acute Illness with The need For Hospitalization; Open Heart Surgery During The Study
