The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of acupressure on SP6 and ST36 on the pain associated with fistula needle placement in hemodialysis patients. for this clinical trial study, a total of 90 hemodialysis patients with venous artery fistula were selected and randomly divided into three groups of massage SP6 and ST36 and placebo massage. in the first three groups, the pain assessment form will be completed before dialysis and in the next step, hemodialysis in the pressure intervention groups at the points mentioned above and in the sham group will be intercepted at places other than the points of interest then the visual acuity scale of VAS pain will be completed and the pain score will be compared in all three groups.Inclusion criteria:Including age 15 and above; Having the ability to communicate verbal and auditory; the patient uses a catheter insertion method for hemodialysis; no signs of bruising at the site of the catheter placement; minimal reading and writing skills; no history of mental illness that disrupts the study. Exclusion criteria:Continuous use of analgesics 24 hours before hemodialysis; patient's unwillingness to continue the study and death of the patient.The main variable of this study is the pain that the effect of massage SP6 and ST36 points will be measured.

Intervention group 2:In the intervention group patients for 3 minutes sp6 the pressure on both feet with deep breathing will receive. at first, a 2-minute pressure will come into play so that the research unit feels a pleasant pain it will be time to keep the nail color constant throughout the duration of the pressure, and the patient will be satisfied with the amount of pressure applied. then a minute of rest and a minute of pressure will apply so that the total pressure applied will reach 30 minutes. It takes an entire hour to complete this technique.
