In this study, randomly and through a lottery that is assigned to each hospital with a dedicated code, one of the hospitals is selected as a workshop group and the other as virtual training. 100 nurses with entry requirements invited to attend a pain management training session are included in the study.
-
Settings and conduct
-
The hospitals of Valieasr and Amir-Al-Momenin are assigned two methods of teaching through assignment and draw through the lottery. Then they are invited to the pain management class through a nursing call. Given the nurses in which the hospital is working, they receive special education for that hospital, the nurses are not aware of the type of education at the other hospital. Individuals assigned to training are also unaware of the type of training in the other group. The person evaluating and analyzing the statistics are unaware of the allocation of the groups.

After completing the training in both groups, the level of knowledge and attitude is filled by nurses again. Duration of access to information in the virtual group is 15 days, but 24 hours after loading information from nurses, the level of knowledge and attitude is done.
