After obtaining the permission from the ethical committee at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences ,this clinical trial carried out in Zare hospital in Sari. Patient with second degree burn included in this study with similar depth and burned surface area in two different side of the body . One side of body was treated with aloe cream (group A) and the opposite side was treated with silver sulfadiazine (group B).A group of 30 patients were enrolled in this study . Two sides were evaluated and compared in terms of wound burn size and healing time at the end of study.
