The hand hygiene questionnaire, based on the Pender's model and the standard hand hygiene , was monitored before and after the intervention in the employees of ICU.without blinding; the number of opportunity monitored was 1796 and 2343. The intervention was designed to improve health By analyzing the design questionnaire and finding the method of intervention for 4 months in 2019.

Intervention groups

Intervention group: Participants were 90 staff (physicians, nurses, assistant nurses, and services) in public critical units of the Imam Reza Hospital in Mashhad (Iran).after the completion of the research tool and analysis of results, interventions were designed at 5 axes: 1 Change in the Working Environment (Co - ordination with management acceptance of solution and change in alcoholic solution),2 Education (face-to-face and pamphlet), 3 reminder Installation(sign on the patient's bed, hand hygiene guide in the environment), 4 ٍEvaluation and report ( giving feedback to person , diagram , sending sms ) ,5 management support from the plan in coordination , then completing the questionnaire and examining the extent of change
