Determine the Effect of Aesthetic_based Care Training on Nurses, Perception of End-of-Life Care in Oncology Wards of Hospitals Affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences
Design
A clinical trial with an intervention and control groups that includes all nurses in the oncology wards selected by census and blindness will be performed as a one-way blind for analysts.
Settings and conduct
The study is performed in the hospitals of Kerman University of Medical Sciences and on nurses of oncology wards. The educational intervention is performed in 4 sessions of 90 minutes with an interval of 1 week and then the level of perception of the samples is measured by completing a questionnaire before and after the training.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Study population: nurses of the oncology wards of Shahid Bahonar and Afzalipour hospitals in Kerman, Iran.
Inclusion criteria: Bachelor's degree in nursing and higher; working in oncology hospital wards.
Exclusion criteria: defects in completing more than one third of the pre-test questions.
Intervention groups
First, the questionnaires will be given electronically to the nurses of the intervention and control groups.
After the necessary coordination, the educational intervention of nursing care aesthetics will be held in 4 sessions of 1.5 hours, one week apart and two training sessions per week for the intervention group. The training will be conducted under the supervision of professors online through Sky Room in the form of lectures, questions and answers, discussions, PowerPoint, videos and presentation of scenarios, as well as scenario design for the intervention group. The researcher will then provide the questionnaires to the research units in both groups and complete the sample questionnaires.

Description
Intervention group: first, the level of perception of the samples is measured by completing a questionnaire. Then the training program is ran. This program is held by the researcher in 4 sessions of 90 minutes with an interval of 1 week. In the next step, in order to determine the effectiveness of the training program on clinical perception, one month after training, clinical perception of This group will be assessed through the same questionnaires.
