Study aim
Determining the effect of peer-based education based on Pender health promotion model on quality of life, stress management and self-efficacy in patients with multiple sclerosis
Design
This study is a randomized clinical trial without blinding. The study population was patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). The sample size based on previous studies with 95% confidence level and 90% test power of 80 people (40 people in each group) will be considered. Random allocation sampling method It is simple to put 80 cards in an envelope written on 40 letters A and 40 cards B, then patients who meet the inclusion criteria are asked to take a card if If they take card A, they will be in the intervention group, and if they take card B, they will be in the control group, and this process will continue until the sample size is completed.
Settings and conduct
he study site of MS clinic is in Fasa city in the south of Fars province. This study is a double-blind randomized clinical trial. Blinding will be done in researcher and patient mode.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Intervention groups
The educational intervention consists of five 1-minute training sessions once a week for the intervention group by a peer. Question and answer sessions will also be conducted by a peer and researcher during the week. The control group will receive routine training by the MS Clinic. They will also be provided with a training booklet.
