Studying the lived experience of mothers from participating in physical education programs with an emphasis on empowerment in schools in the marginalized parts
Design
Clinical trial design with control group, with mosaic group, single-blind, non-randomized, on 20 participants.
Settings and conduct
The intervention program is carried out in schools located in the marginal areas. The intervention program will include introducing the empowerment program for mothers, providing training sessions on understanding the importance of physical activity, nutrition education, stress management techniques, and performing aerobic physical activity. These program models will be conducted twice a week for 2-3 hours for 12 weeks. The data analyst will just go blind.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Entry requirements:
Participants must live in the peripheral areas as described below.
Applicants must be mothers of school children who are currently enrolled in schools in the peripheral areas
Participants must be willing to voluntarily participate in the study and provide informed consent.
Non-entry conditions:
People who have any physical or mental health conditions that may significantly hinder their participation in physical education programs.
Intervention groups
Intervention program for mothers participating in physical education programs in schools in peripheral areas, including training sessions on the importance of physical activity and nutrition, physical activity sessions led by qualified trainers, social partnership activities to strengthen social support, workshops Support for parents, healthy lifestyles, and monitoring and evaluation components to track participants' progress.
The control group was without structured intervention.

Description
Intervention group: The intervention program is carried out in primary schools located in the marginal areas of Arak city. The intervention program will include the introduction of the empowerment program for mothers, which will include: providing training sessions on understanding the importance of physical activity, nutrition education, stress management techniques, and performing aerobic physical activity. The intervention programs will be as follows: Welcome and introduction of the intervention program. Basics of physical activity, understanding the importance of physical activity for overall health, basic nutrition education with a focus on healthy eating habits for mothers and their families, techniques to manage stress and promote mental well-being, aerobic exercise sessions, group discussions and sharing sessions for Strengthening the sense of community among participating mothers and encouraging mothers to involve their families, especially their children, in physical activities. A final meeting will be held to celebrate the achievements and reflect on the experiences gained. The program is held twice a week for 2 to 3 hours will be done for 12 weeks. / The control group will not receive any intervention.
