Protocol summary
-
Study aim
-
determine the effectiveness of the designed nursing mobile application on nurses' knowledge of pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
-
Design
-
A quasi-experimental design was assigned to achieve the aforementioned objectives. 30 subjects will be assigned to Join the study group. The rest will be in the control group. The total sample size would be 60 subjects.
-
Settings and conduct
-

Exclusion: no Consent & compliance with all aspects of the study protocol, less than 6 months of experience, those with nursing secondary school degree
-
Intervention groups
-
After identifying the intervention group, they will go through a pre-test knowledge assessment by answering questions. Then they have to download the designed app about pediatric resuscitation with the supervision of a researcher who takes the responsibility of clearing up any ambiguity and participating in discussions, when the subject finishes reviewing the app- which may take from 15 to 20 minutes- they go through retesting procedure by answering the same questioner they answered previously, after one month re- evaluation by posttest to evaluate knowledge retention.
