Determining the impact of ergonomics training on musculoskeletal symptoms in computer workers working in Firozabad health and treatment network.
Design
In this research, the sampling method will be full and available, sampling will continue until the necessary sample size is completed. Considering that there are 5 rural centers, one urban center, 2 urban-rural centers and 43 health centers in Firozabad city,
Settings and conduct
In this study, the sample will include all computer users working in rural centers, urban centers, urban-rural centers and health centers in Firozabad .
Going to health centers and obtaining written consent from qualified people and sampling and selecting the intervention and control groups completely randomly from among the centers
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
. Computer users working in the covered healthcare center
. Computer users who are exposed to musculoskeletal risks
. Computer users who have no physical limitations
. Have a desire to participate in the study
. Age between 20-55 years
. At least one year of work experience
. They work with the computer for at least 2 hours a day
Intervention groups
Educational intervention for computer users will be held with the implementation of educational programs in the form of lectures, group discussions, questions and answers, using educational aids, pamphlets and PowerPoint.
Computer users will be divided into two groups of 56 people and will be trained in 6 training sessions of 45 minutes.
The control group will not receive training during this period

Promotion of ergonomic knowledge , promotion of preventive behaviors of musculoskeletal disorders in computer users

Randomization description
In this research, the sampling method will be full and available, sampling will continue until the necessary sample volume is completed, considering that in Firuzabad city, there are 5 rural centers, one urban center, 2 urban-rural centers and 43 There is a health house. The researcher will visit selected health centers in Firozabad city on all working days and will complete the questionnaire from working people who are computer users and are also eligible to enter the study after obtaining written consent. Sampling will continue until the necessary sample volume is completed. Then, according to the sample size, we will staff the comprehensive health service centers according to the dimension, and among them we will select the centers that have the most personnel, which will be about 6 centers, and among these 6 centers, 3 centers will be randomly selected as The intervention group and the number of 3 centers will be selected as the control group, and in the next stage, the intetervention and control groups will be selected completly randomly in each of the experimental and control groups.
