Other design features
This research is designed with an emphasis on anabolic, structural, adaptation and reduction of liver enzymes and excess fat. The research sample is women with bariatric surgery in the age range of 30-45 years who live in special conditions (in previous studies, athletes, young bodybuilders, heart patients and rats have been used). Using jogging (high accessibility, lower cost than using gyms, not being with young people, etc.) and consumption of whey protein may improve and reduce liver biomarkers (ALT and AST enzymes) and fat and Improve muscle and bone condition. Also, using a supplement (whey protein) with jogging exercises may cause synergy of physiological effects.
