The response of a resistance activity with different intensity and recovery in gene expression of Nf-kB, IL-6, TNF-a and serum comparison ACTH, hsp-70, CBC-diff in female bodybuilders
In this research, an attempt is made to investigate the effects of high-load resistance exercise using the method of heavy bodybuilding exercises with two recovery periods of one minute and two minutes on healthy female bodybuilders and its effect on their immune system.
Design
The clinical trial was conducted on a group without a control group and in an open form with the interference of resistance training
Settings and conduct
The training protocol was designed in two intensities with 1RM; 85% and 70%, in two recovery intensities of one minute and two minutes in each. Four protocols of the program were implemented in four weeks, and each performance was completed daily in the club under the supervision of a trainer and student researchers. After 36 hours, at 8:00 in the morning, blood sampling was done in the medical laboratory. That is, four different training sessions of intensity and recovery, which will be done after 36 hours of blood sampling
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
A healthy female athlete with at least two years of experience in bodybuilding. These people must be healthy and have not used any drugs or supplements in the past 6 months, and they must not have smoked or consumed alcohol
Intervention groups
The intervention of performing resistance exercises with different intensity and recovery has been different.
Main outcome variables
The independent variable will be checked on the following dependent variables:
Moderate and high intensity resistance training
The independent variables include the following:
Pro-inflammatory factors:
TNF-α, IL6
Anti-inflammatory factors:
BDNF, HSP70 and ACTH
and inflammatory clinical indicators:
CRP, CBC-diff
And also the inflammatory signaling pathway factor:
nF-kB

Description
Intervention group: Intervention group: There was only one intervention group, which was a one-time resistance training intervention. The training program was as follows: the training protocol was designed in two intensities with 1RM: 85% and 70%, in two intensities, one minute recovery and Two minutes were designed in each. The four protocols of the program are implemented in four weeks, and each performance is held daily at the Mumtaz Ghaziyan Club in Rasht under the supervision of a trainer and student researchers. After 36 hours, blood sampling will be done at Dr. Barzo's medical laboratory in Rasht at 8:00 a.m. That means we will have four training sessions, and blood sampling will be done after 36 hours. Blood samples (5 cc in each step) are centrifuged and kept at a temperature of minus 20 degrees Celsius so that all four tests can be checked together using the appropriate kits that are described below. 8:00 am fasting and the blood sample is placed in a plastic tube containing anticoagulants.
