This study is conducted in the Academy of Science and Technology of Saqqez city. All desperate people, regardless of the intervention or control group, are subjected to the same psychotherapy counseling.

• Obtaining the minimum required score in Beck's desperation test
• Willingness to cooperate and participate in research

Intervention groups
After obtaining the code of ethics and the agreement of the school parents and the students of Saqez Science and Technology Academy, one class is randomly selected from each educational level, and after explaining the objectives of the study to the students and obtaining their consent, Beck's frustration questionnaire is available. All students are placed in the first, second and third grades. Then, based on the instructions of Beck's despair questionnaire, people with a score of 9 and above are identified as hopeless and selected for the next stage of the study.

The statistical population of this research includes all first, second and third grade students of Saqqez Academy of Science and Industry in the academic year of 1402-1403. First, the despair test is performed on 3 classes (one class is randomly selected from each grade level) of the community members, and after scoring, 30 people are randomly selected from among those who scored 9 and above. Randomly, they are divided into two groups of 15 people, test and control.
Taking into account the prevalence of 30% of severe and moderate depression among students (reference number 5) and considering the total of 30 people in this study, in order to identify 30 qualified people, 100 students from all three levels of education will be screened. took
