Determining the effect of stress inoculation training on students' emotional adjustment
Design
The clinical trial will have two groups, with a control group, single blind, non randomized
Settings and conduct
The place of the intervention is the first secondary schools of Neishabur city. The samples in the test group receive the stress inoculation training, which includes 8 training sessions for two months, and the control group does not receive any intervention. Questionnaires will be completed by the research samples before the intervention, after the intervention and one month after the intervention. In such a way that the groups are entered in SPSS in the form of 1 and 2 sides of the other person and then it is provided to the statistical analyst.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
1- Age range from 12 to 16 years old 2- Willingness to participate in the stress inoculation training 3- Not using other psychological and psychotherapy services at the same time as participating in the research 4- Not having a psychiatric disorder and not taking psychiatric drugs based on self report
Intervention groups
The test group receives the stress inoculation training. The control group does not receive any intervention.

Description
Intervention group: The intervention of stress inoculation training will be done in a group for the intervention group during 8 sessions of 60 minutes in 2 months by the researcher. The place of education is schools, and the time of education is a time in addition to the students' main courses. In each of the sessions, the participants will be given a task related to the training of the same session. This training generally consists of three stages. The first stage is the conceptualization stage, the second stage is the acquisition and practice of skills, and the last stage is the application stage and continuous follow-up. Summary of the training sessions on stress inoculation training. The first session: familiarization and introduction, explaining the goals and rules of the group, conceptualization and description of stress, its symptoms and consequences. behavior, getting to know the characteristics of negative self-talk and introducing cognitive errors, the fourth session, training how to deal with negative thoughts, the fifth session, guided self-talk training and the role of negative self-talk in creating stress, the sixth session, training on thought concentration and attention reversal techniques, the seventh session Problem solving training and anger management skill training, the eighth session, practicing the skills learned in the previous sessions and the need to use them when dealing with stressful situations, summarizing the content and ending.
