Randomization description
Randomization will be done by simple randomization method.
The participants in the research were examined in terms of entry and exit criteria and then they were registered. Even numbers will be allocated to the intervention group and odd numbers to the control group. The first step is to create a sequence of random numbers using a table of random numbers. In the second step, concealment of random allocation is performed using a (non-transparent) adhesive paper envelope. In this step, each number extracted in the previous step is written on an envelope and the envelopes are glued and the number of the participant in the study is written on each envelope. Envelope No. 1 will be allocated to Participant No. 1 and Envelope No. 2 to Participant No. 2; This process will continue until the end of the sample volume. In the third step, the first participant who met the entry and exit criteria and was enrolled in the study will be allocated envelope number 1, the second participant will be allocated envelope number 2 and so on until the sample size is complete. In order to maintain randomization and non-exploitation, the first and second steps are carried out by the person responsible for the general accountability of the study and the third step by the person responsible for the scientific accountability of the study.
