In the control group, 31 people are selected based on the block method. In the control group, the self-evaluation training will be prepared in the form of a prepared video, and before sending the video, a questionnaire will be collected, and then it will be sent to the participants in virtual space and on online platforms, and after two weeks, the questionnaire will be collected again. became.

The participants will be selected from among the staff, students and professors working in the University of Rehabilitation Sciences and Social Health.
Intervention groups
According to the sample size which is calculated to be 31 people, they will be divided into 4 groups of 6 people and one group of 7 people. In the intervention group, a separate two-hour training session will be held with the scenario.
