Protocol summary

Study aim
The purpose of this study is to investigate the rate of upper crossed syndrome in police officers who are performing operational and administrative duties. Also, exercise intervention is considered to improve and reduce the amount of upper cross syndrome. The aim of the intervention part is to design the exercise for the degree of effectiveness on pain and upper crossed syndrome.
Design
The clinical trial has four exercise groups, not blinded manner, using the census method on 60 participants.
Settings and conduct
Exercises are done in the gym. First, the height and weight are measured, then the profile photos of the participants are taken for pre-test measurements. Then corrective exercises are done for 8 weeks and then the post-test measurement is done in the form of photography.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Police officers in operational and administrative ranks who do not have a history of surgery should not use medicine and tobacco.

Description
Intervention group: The first group includes office workers with syndrome who perform exercises according to the work environment to improve upper cruciate syndrome. The duration of the exercises will be 8 weeks and three sessions per week and each session will last 45 minutes. No special equipment is needed except the cache loop.
