A semi-experimental before and after study with two intervention and test groups
Settings and conduct
By referring to the newly arrived nurses of Baqiyatullah Hospital, the purpose of the research is to give the nurses a moral obligation to submit the final report. For all activities, small groups of nurses consist of 3-4 nurses. Individual or group activities during real-time online classes are complemented by using patient safety applications in group discussions, followed by large group discussions involving the entire class. Nurses are also asked to solve problems from case studies and other materials (journal analysis). Educational videos are videos that contain patient safety materials and practices. Nurses also play a role in improving patient safety. At the end of the meeting, a face-to-face meeting will be held with nurses to present information on how to handle safety incidents in hospitals.

Randomization description
The entire list of working nurses is available, based on the entry and exit criteria, the eligible participants in the study are identified and their names are recorded. Then, based on the table of random numbers, the samples are selected by simple random. Finally, after selecting the total number of samples, nurses will be entered into one of the intervention or test groups using the order of even and odd numbers.

Description
Intervention group:Before the implementation of the intervention with the patient safety qualification questionnaire, the status of the outcome variable is measured before the intervention, then the intervention is performed on the intervention group with the micro learning method. At first, 70 newly arrived nurses who meet the criteria for entering the study will be selected and then randomly assigned to 2 test and control groups. The sentence of the patient safety guide was extracted according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization and scientific books and resources, which will be considered based on the following topics: Patient safety and its indicators. In this study, the training content will be prepared in the form of pamphlets and related infographics and three-minute videos on internal platforms (Soroush, Bale, Rubika or Ita) based on the micro-learning teaching method and will be presented by smartphone through virtual space. Educational content for 1 month will be sent weekly (3 times a week) to the nurses of the experimental group through social networks (Soroush, Ita, Bale). Every day at different hours according to the shift of the nurses, the questions of the participants of the test group will be answered through the virtual space of the smartphone, and after 3 months of the completion of the training, questionnaires will be given to both groups and post tests will be taken. However, the nurses of the control group will not receive any intervention, but then they will be provided with a post test of educational content.
