Objective: Comparison of telephone and face to face counseling on women sexual satisfaction Method: Randomized clinical trial with single blind Group Population: All married women referred to health care facilities of Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences Inclusion criteria: Married women, at least 1 to 5 years have passed their marriage, sexual dissatisfaction with the initial test and having cell phone Exclusion criteria: history of any illness that may affect sexual function, pregnancy and recent death of a family member Sample: 23 patients in each group (face-to-face counseling and telephone counseling) Intervention: In face to face group we have 4 weeks of sexual counseling, that each week we would have one session of face to face counseling. In telephone counseling group we have 4 weeks of counseling by cell phone each week. Two groups would be free for more counseling. Sexual satisfaction questionnaire will be completed before the consultation and one week after intervention for both groups Study outcomes: This study was conducted to determine the effective counseling on women's sexual satisfaction, to established counseling centers in health care facilities.
