The sampling method will be continuous and the method of assigning samples to groups will be random block (four). Block random allocation means that the belonging of the studied individual to the desired groups is unpredictable, so that the blocks will be selected daily and this method will continue until the required number of samples is complete (i.e. 30 people in each group). For this purpose, 6 blocks of 4 will be used to randomly assign participants to three intervention groups and one control group. Thus, the letter A will be considered for the first intervention group, the letter B for the second intervention group, the letter C for the third intervention group, and the letter D for the control group. Based on the order of the letters of the blocks, participants will be assigned to intervention groups A, B, C, or control D. First, we write the following blocks on pieces of paper, put them in an envelope, and randomly draw them with dice.
Based on the order of the letters of the blocks, participants will be assigned to intervention or control groups. Then the next blocks are selected with the same dice, and after these blocks are selected, the dice are rolled again and the participants in the next blocks are selected. It should be noted that all steps related to random assignment and placing people in groups are carried out by someone unaware of the study objectives.
