Protocol summary

Summary
The purpose of this study was the effectiveness training program based on social skills on the rate of pro social behaviors of victim children of primary boy's school in Isfahan city. An experimental research with pre-test, post-test & follow up design was carried out to pursue this purpose. Statistical population of this research included all the primary male school victim children in 1388-89, in Isfahan city of Iran. Research sample included 40 Victim children who were chosen after three stages of sampling by random multi-stage-performance method and randomly assigned in control and experimental groups. The research tools were sociometry & peer relationship questionnaire, with two subscales included victim & pro social behaviors, factors. Experimental group took part in 10 sessions of training program based on social skills twice a week. ANCOVA analysis was used to analyze the data collected. The rate of victim behaviors, pro social behaviors of the victim children was measured.

Description
Social skills training on the experimental group were applied. Training in the lab or office, and a quiet environment was done. Each session would begin with a review of content and assignments prior to the meeting. After the training sessions, the experimental and control groups post-test (Rigby & Slee Peer Relationship Questionnaire (PRQ) was performed. The independent variable (social skills training) were given 10 sessions of group education. Surfaced during training session and a half hour each week and two sessions were held.
