Design
The single-subject quasi-experimental design is a multiple baseline method that is performed on nine students with social anxiety disorder
Settings and conduct
The From undergraduate and graduate students of boys and girls referring to Shiva Psychology and Counseling Services Center in Tehran who are selected by purposive sampling; And diagnosed with social anxiety disorder, nine people are randomly assigned to treatment patterns (three each).
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: diagnosis of social anxiety disorder, age range 20 to 28 years, undergraduate and graduate students, satisfaction and commitment, non-simultaneous participation in other treatment programs
Exclusion criteria: Absence from more than two sessions, a history of life-threatening psychotic or bipolar disorder, a history of schizoid and avoidance personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic and suicidal ideation in the last 6 months, substance abuse or Alcohol, psychotropic drugs, etc.
Intervention groups
Nine people (three treatment groups) enter the interventions using the single baseline method using the multiple baseline method.

History of lifelong psychotic or bipolar disorder
History of schizoid and avoidant personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder
Thought of suicide in the last 6 months, having substance or alcohol abuse, taking psychotropic drugs and psychotherapy during the last month

In the Act matrix method, the first person is intervened in the matrix. After the matrix is effective on the first person, the second person, and so on, the third person is intervened. The same applies to compassion-focused act therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Description
Social anxiety, self-compassion, psychological flexibility of acceptance and worthwhile action and life as dependent variables and the matrix of acceptance and commitment therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy focused on compassion and cognitive-behavioral therapy as independent variables of this study.
Timepoint
In this study, measurement tools are performed for each patient with social anxiety disorder, before intervention during the intervention (each intervention session) and follow-up.
Method of measurement
1. Demographic questionnaire including: age, sex, education, occupation, marital status.2. Clinical Interview Based on the Fifth Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 3. Libowitz Social Anxiety Scale (2001) 4. Self-Compassion Scale - Reese, Pamir, Neff, & Wangachet (2011) .5. Psychological Flexibility Questionnaire for Acceptance and Action - Second Edition Bund, Hayes, Beer et al. (2012) 6. Wilson, Sandoz, Kitchens et al., Valuable Life Questionnaire (2010).

Intervention groups

Description
Intervention group 1: acceptance and commitment treatment matrix. Intervention group 2: Compassion-focused acceptance and commitment treatment. Intervention group 3: Cognitive-behavioral therapy based on Hoffman model. These groups are compared at the end of treatment and follow-up to determine which have been more effective.
